Working hard...

Working as a substitute teacher, has got to be the most difficult job I have ever done! When you walk into a class, you feel like you're performing as a stand-up comedien... Only get this... the joke is on you! Often times, lesson plans are not left and you are on your own, trying to manage and teach students that you don't even know. The pay is not sufficient for your contribution... Wages need to be adjusted for these precious people willing to substitute for the teacher in absence. Salaries range from a low of $100 a day to about $200 a day...What do you think?
